Marcom Content by Ashley, LLC (MCA) provides a variety of retainer packages to clients. From new to traditional media, there is something for everyone. MCA is known for their project management, so they will keep track of the hours and budget you have allotted to work with them.

MCA can develop a customized plan, too. One size does not fit all, so they will review your business needs before offering you a package. Prior to working with MCA, review all the services you need and what’s in the agreed-upon contract. Any service not included within the retainer will be considered out of scope.

Retainer packages are nice because it’s like having a virtual employee at your disposal. MCA offers discounts to those retainer clients, so it’s always worth the discussion. You can purchase a six-month or yearly retainer with MCA. Otherwise, it will be considered monthly, project-based work.

If you are another agency and would like to work with MCA, they can certainly do that. They have relationships with many agencies, freelancers and consultants. Just let MCA know your budget and the desired service, so they can work on an agreement.

There are three types of common retainer packages. The price will vary, depending on the package.

Enterprise

These clients retain MCA for at least 60 hours a month. After choosing the marketing communications services they want, they then decide on how many hours to spend on each type of service. This type of package offers the best pricing per hour for those B2B and B2C clients.

Nonprofit

These clients receive the lowest hourly cost for at least 20 hours per month since they are nonprofits. After choosing the marketing communications services they want, they then decide on how many hours to spend on each type of service.

Standard

These clients retain MCA at a minumum of 20 hours per month. The hourly price is higher than those B2B and B2C clients who purchase the enterprise package since it’s not as many hours per month. After choosing the marketing communications services they want, they then decide on how many hours to spend on each type of service.

International Clients

When clients are located out of the country, MCA requires payment in advance regardless of the type of project. Discounts vary depending on the country and retainer package.
